Bookings & Reservation Requests
We kindly ask you to make bookings exclusively via the website http://www.oberprether-muehle.de/. There you can always see the currently available places, make a binding reservation, and also complete the payment.
Individual reservation requests, for example for groups, can be made during the day by calling +492448-9197803 or at any time by email: kontakt@oberprether-muehle.de. If we do not answer the phone, please leave your name and phone number so that we can call you back.
2. Guest accommodation contract
A guest accommodation contract is concluded once you have paid the price for your stay.
If you arrive spontaneously, the accommodation contract is deemed to have been concluded upon registration and payment of the overnight rate charged.
The descriptions and prices valid at the time of conclusion of the respective contract for the travel period apply exclusively to the contractually agreed services.
Age information for children refers to the time of stay and not to the time of booking.
Telephone inquiries, ancillary agreements, and other assurances (including reservations), regardless of their nature, shall only become part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing (by email).
All online reservations must be confirmed immediately by paying the full invoice amount. Reservation offers that are not made via the online platform (groups) must be confirmed within 5 days of the reservation offer being sent by paying the full invoice amount.
Additional fees and incidental costs (shower tokens, wood) are to be paid on site.
3. Minimum age
The minimum age for booking and using a parking space is 18 years. Minors may only use a parking space if accompanied by a legal guardian. However, we allow young people aged 16 and over to use a parking space after prior consultation and presentation of a written declaration of consent from a legal guardian. In this case, the booking and entire payment process must still be carried out by a legal guardian.
4. Arrival and departure
Arrival at the campsite is after 1 p.m. - departure before 12 noon. We are happy to discuss exceptions, and if there is no subsequent booking, it is no problem if you stay a little longer. If you have already booked and paid online, you do not need to check in or out with us. Arrivals after 10 p.m. are only possible by arrangement. Guests without a reservation must check in at the front desk.
5. Expiration of reservations
Pitches that have not been occupied one day after the agreed arrival date according to the prior reservation and for which no agreement has been made regarding later occupancy may be rented out by us to other parties. We also reserve the right to rent out pitches that have been vacated prematurely to other parties.
6. Cancellations
To avoid misunderstandings, cancellations of stays that have already been booked must always be made in writing (by email) or via the booking system. The same applies to rebooking and change requests for reservations that have already been agreed upon. The date of cancellation is determined by the date on which we receive the notification. In the event that a stay that has already been reserved is canceled before arrival, we charge the following flat-rate cancellation and processing fees:
The following applies to bookings for pitches at the campsite:
Pitches can be canceled free of charge up to one week before the date of arrival.
For cancellations made within the last seven days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival (1:00 p.m.) or in the event of a no-show without written cancellation, 100% of the total cost of the stay confirmed in the booking will be charged.
In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the total accommodation costs not used. E
The following also applies to bookings for rental caravans, circus wagons, vacation homes, and group bookings (13 people or more):
The above rental accommodations can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the arrival date.
For cancellations within the last 4 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.

Each guest undertakes to leave the inventory and the parking space they have rented in the condition in which they found it. They are obliged to compensate for any damage caused during their stay by themselves, their companions, or guests. We accept no liability for damage, accidents, losses, or other irregularities arising in connection with the use of the site and/or the vacation apartments.
